For liability and continuity‑of‑care reasons, We are not able to order bloodwork ordered by requested by another practitioner, including naturopathic doctors.
Narcotic or controlled substances prescriptions (email if you have questions)
Those with multiple chronic conditions or complex medical needs, (feel free to email us, we may be able to direct you to services that may meet your needs).

If you are rostered with a family doctor, visiting our urgent care clinic should not affect your rostered status. Your visit with us will not be billed through OHIP
